Work continues on the engine. The following images show the original instrument panel, before and after removing from its protective housing.

Taking the advice of my diesel mechanic, I ordered a new panel, which should be delivered in about a week. More on that later. In the meantime, I had the injectors and injector pump rebuilt.

We also changed fuel and oil filters, and replaced the fresh-water impeller. Here we’re almost ready for a test run.
